Who this policy covers

This policy applies to gomentored.com and the booking pages linked from it. GoMentored is operated by Hassan Asif. If you have any question about your data that isn't answered below, email info@gomentored.com.

What we collect

We only collect what's needed to match you with a mentor or confirm a session — there's no account creation and no payment details are ever entered on this site.

Where	What's collected
Request a Mentor form	Name, email, career field, what you're looking for, and an optional LinkedIn URL.
Become a Mentor form	Name, email, LinkedIn URL, field of expertise, years of experience, and why you want to mentor.
Book a Session form	Name, email, experience level, your goals for the session, and the time slot you selected.
Site usage	Standard analytics data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) via Google Analytics.

How we use it

• To match you with the right mentor, or evaluate a mentor application
• To confirm and coordinate a booked session, including sharing bank transfer details and the meeting link once payment is received
• To send you a one-time confirmation email after you submit a form
• To understand which pages and mentors people are most interested in, so we can improve the site

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use trusted third-party services to process form submissions and record booking requests, and Google Analytics to understand site usage. Each only receives the information needed to do its job, and none of it is sold or used for advertising.

We also share relevant details (your name, goals, experience level) directly with the specific mentor you're requesting or booking, so they can prepare for your session.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and booking records for as long as needed to coordinate your mentorship and for basic business record-keeping afterward. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see below.

Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct information that's inaccurate
• Delete your information, unless we're required to keep it for a legitimate business reason

Cookies
